Female Athlete of the Month

What were you doing before CrossFit WIlsonville?  Farming, Logging, some running and, kayaking

What kind of animal would you consider yourself during a WOD?  Probably a Cat. I am shy at first but then I get really focused and attack what ever is in front of me.

What is your most favorite or least favorite movement?  Snatch is my favorite. My lease favorite is Double Unders

What is your pre or post WOD Routine?  I eat a protein snack about an hour to an hour and a half before class.  After class I usually run a 400 and stretch and roll out.

Athlete of the Month: Goretti Nguyen

We are excited to announce February Athlete of the Month Goretti Nguyen.  
Not only is she a full time student in Chiropractic school, Goretti is also one of those dedicated and faithful 5:30am members.  With a busy schedule, she continues to achieve goals in the gym and provides the energy for those morning athletes to feed off of.  Congratulations Goretti.  

Athlete of the Month: Lyle Neville

Congratulations to our January Athlete of the Month Lyle Neville. Lyle was one of our first members at CrossFit Wilsonville and has played a very large roll in our community. Lyle hand crafted our first pull up rig at 1.0 that is now used in our CrossFit Kids program, he made all of our plyo boxes and jerk boxes, laid our turf and moved every mat at the gym. Lyle is dedicated to his fitness and is an avid 5:30/6:30am-er. Lyle's incredible enthusiasm and work ethic is admirable and makes coaching and working with him a blast!
What were you doing before CrossFit Wilsonville?
I was a marathoner, so lots of running.
What kind of animal would you consider yourself during a WOD?
