What were you doing before CrossFit WIlsonville?  Farming, Logging, some running and, kayaking

What kind of animal would you consider yourself during a WOD?  Probably a Cat. I am shy at first but then I get really focused and attack what ever is in front of me.

What is your most favorite or least favorite movement?  Snatch is my favorite. My lease favorite is Double Unders

What is your pre or post WOD Routine?  I eat a protein snack about an hour to an hour and a half before class.  After class I usually run a 400 and stretch and roll out.

What is your biggest accomplishment since starting CrossFit?  Strict pull ups. When I started CrossFit I struggled even with push ups.

What is your favorite WOD?  Anything with 3 movements or more and over 10min.

What is some advice you'd give to someone new to CrossFit?
Never give up, just keep coming to class and working hard.  It takes time and persistence, to do the things you never thought possible.
